Charlotte is the founder and CEO of CSI+. She has provided leadership to several hundred projects and has designed business re-engineering and market positioning strategies for public and private organizations working in new and emerging economies.
Gaël serves the role as our Regional Director based in Johannesburg, South Africa. She has over 13 years experience of experience in international development and excels in HIV/AIDS strategies and policies implemented in Southern Africa.
Agnes is our Program Coordinator in Uganda with significant experience in agribusiness and social development. She believes in empowering individuals and communities to be accountable for their actions, lives and ultimately, their success.
Mariem is our regional representative in Tunis, Tunisia. Before joining CSI+, Mariem worked in the finance, human resources, and accounting offices at SITEP oil company and as the finance officer for a small Tunisian business. She holds a Masters in finance from the University of Economics and Management (Faculté des Sciences Économique et de Gestion) in Tunis.
Leticia Taimo is a Project Management Consultant at our Johannesburg office. She has a BA (International Studies) from Monash University and a BSocSci Honours (International Relations) from the University of Cape Town.
Estelle is a lawyer by training but an international development expert by heart with hands-on field experience across the African continent. She is passionate about increasing access to affordable healthcare and has provided leadership to numerous public health projects across the continent.
Allie is a Project Management Consultant in the Johannesburg office and brings a strong background in mediation, conflict transformation and peace building to the role. She is an experienced process facilitator and trainor and enjoys programme design and implementation.
Kemi is a recognized international public health expert with particular expertise in malaria prevention and control strategies. She has worked extensively in West Africa, most recently coordinating the roll-out of the Malaria National Strategic Plan in Nigeria.
Philip is Financial Controller and Deputy Director for CSI+’s Youth Empowerment and Development Initiative in Nigeria. He is an accomplished chartered accounting with extensive work experience spanning across financial accounting and analysis, auditing, business financial strategy, project management and business feasibility and development.
Yetunde heads up our agri-and aqua-business portfolio in Nigeria and beyond. She is a dedicated professional with extensive research capabilities. Passionate about developing her native country, she returned to Nigeria in 2012 after having spent 3 years in the UK.An engineer by training she adds value to our client assignments.
Anu heads up CSI+ NGO arm in Nigeria called the Youth Empowerment and Development Initiative. She is passionate about development in Sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to YEDI, she worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Unveiling Africa Foundation.
