Estelle Dogbe

Estelle is a lawyer by training but an international development expert by heart with hands-on field experience across the African continent. She is passionate about increasing access to affordable healthcare and has provided leadership to numerous public health projects across the continent.

Estelle has worked extensively with governments and international organizations in Africa in assessing and enhancing progress towards national development objectives and the MDG. She excels in managing teams and task forces and building consensus.

Estelle is also an experienced trainer and has designed and delivered numerous trainings and workshops pertaining to skills enhancement of public health officials and NGOs working in development.

Prior to joining CSI+, Estelle worked in several post-conflict African environments. She served as a development aid officer at the French Embassy in Sudan. Later, in Liberia and Sierra Leone, she worked for Medecins Sans Frontieres as a regional advocacy officer to line ministries and bilateral donors.

Estelle holds a Bachelor in International Law from the University of Cergy-Pontoise and a Masters in Humanitarian Projects Management from the University of Paris XII.
