Charlotte Obidairo

Charlotte is the founder and CEO of CSI+. She has provided leadership to several hundred projects and has designed business re-engineering and market positioning strategies for public and private organizations working in new and emerging economies.

Charlotte has a keen sense for logical partnerships and draws on an extensive network of equally passionate people in the public and private sector throughout the world. A lawyer of training she creatively applies private sector rigor to public sector challenges.

Prior to joining CSI+, Charlotte was Vice President at BroadReach Healthcare – a McKinsey offspring. Her career also includes serving as Director of External Relations at Family Health International, one of the largest U.S. government implementing agencies, and positions with the World Health Organization, where she emphasized enhanced investments in health programs and innovative financing strategies to address global health challenges. Prior to her tenure at the WHO, Charlotte served as legal counsel with a law firm and with the Royal Danish Ministry of Commerce in Denmark.

Charlotte holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University in the USA, and a JD (LLB) from the Universities of Aarhus, Denmark and Poitiers, France
