CSI+ is working to validate and implement a new joint M&E tool called InFocus aimed at improving better measurement of results and impact among sports for development partners.
The training outlined the basics of assessments and evaluations, including practice in defining good indicators and setting targets. In additional sessions, CSI+ worked with participants on strategic planning and fundraising strategies to enhance their sustainability.
